NMSB, co-founders comprising the late “Senator Datuk Yaakob Bin Haji Mohammad” and “Lum Dick Kee” began their partnership in 2014 and Noble Mount Sdn Bhd (NMSB) registered company was born. They had a very simple business model with clear responsibilities and mutual trust. The late Datuk Yaakob, task was on planning and ran the office, meanwhile Lum, focusing on sales & marketing and job sites coordination. Together, with a small team of colleagues, they developed a culture of hard work, fairness, kindness and above all, “Respect”.

NMSB and NNSB, adds value in terms of engineering during design of any projects through our pre-construction services and we will integrate our past construction experience with the project team. Our, input on economical construction methods allow us to complete a project more efficiently, within budget and ahead of schedule. NMSB and NNSB, wide range of projects gives us the opportunity to deal with various building methods and products for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services such as Elevator, Escalator, Fire Fighting System Services, Goods Hoist and Passenger Hoist.
